Welcome to the Jolly Gingerbread Makery! We are an immersive, hands-on workshop that takes the stress (and mess!) out of holiday gingerbread house building. Just bring yourself, everything you need is provided. Each workshop runs 3 hours and ends with a sweet, decorated creation to take home.

Danielle has spent more than five years turning gingerbread into show-stopping cookie creations—some of which you may have spotted on the shelves of Target, Walmart, Big Lots, or World Market. With a strong creative background and a passion for bringing people together, she founded The Jolly Gingerbread Makery: a workshop that blends artistry, event planning, and holiday magic into unforgettable experiences.
Our helpful little mascot who sprinkles ginger magic wherever she goes! She is full of tips, tricks, silliness and ecstatic holiday spirit that she’ll spread around the workshop like a piping bag full of royal icing, holding it all together! She runs off unprocessed cane sugar, extra virgin ginger root crystals and enjoys cozy evenings by the oven.
